Gorillaz – The Fall (2010)

This is the new Gorillaz album created by Damon Albarn on his iPad as he toured the U.S. It will be released for free on Christmas Day

In an interview on Australia’s Triple J radio, Damon Albarn confirmed that the forthcoming Gorillaz iPad album is called The Fall and is indeed due out for free on Christmas Day. (Via Some Kind of Awesome.) The record was recorded while Albarn was on tour in America in October, hence the autumnal title. And while a few non-iPad sounds were added to the LP, the bulk of it was indeed made using Apple’s famed slab computer.
